For more than 20 years, our team has been working together with one purpose: to create better homes through thoughtful design, skilled craftsmanship, and work we’re proud to stand behind.

Our story began in Philadelphia, upgrading and remodeling homes throughout the city. Those early projects taught us something that continues to shape our company today: a successful renovation is about much more than what you can see when the project is finished. It’s about doing the work correctly, respecting the home, communicating with the homeowner, and never compromising the details that determine how well a renovation will perform for years to come.

Over the years, we restored, renovated, rebuilt, and transformed home after home. With every project, our experience grew—and so did our capabilities. What began as a remodeling company evolved naturally into the higher-end residential renovation company we are today: MoseyP Construction, LLC.

For Tom Moses, owner of MoseyP Construction, the principles behind the company began long before the first renovation project.

Tom played college football at Sacramento State, an experience that helped shape his approach to both business and construction. Competing at that level required discipline, preparation, teamwork, accountability, and the understanding that success depends on everyone doing their job—and doing it well.

Those lessons carried naturally into construction.

A complex renovation is, in many ways, a team effort. Carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tile setters, cabinet installers, designers, suppliers, and other skilled professionals all have to work toward the same goal. One trade's work affects the next, and the quality of the finished project depends on planning, communication, attention to detail, and accountability at every stage.

Tom has carried that philosophy throughout his career: prepare properly, surround yourself with talented people, expect a high standard, and never ask someone to deliver a level of commitment you aren't willing to give yourself.

That philosophy continues to guide MoseyP Construction today.

Today, MoseyP Construction, LLC specializes in comprehensive residential remodeling and renovation, bringing together the trades, craftsmanship, planning, and attention to detail required to take a project from an idea to a beautifully finished space.

From custom kitchens and bathrooms to cabinetry, countertops, tilework, flooring, electrical upgrades, plumbing, lighting, carpentry, finish work, and complete interior transformations, we approach the home as a whole. Instead of focusing on one isolated improvement, we consider how materials, finishes, functionality, craftsmanship, and design all work together.

We understand that the difference between an ordinary renovation and an exceptional one is often found in the details—the alignment of cabinetry, the precision of tilework, the transitions between materials, the placement of lighting, the quality of the finish carpentry, and all of the work behind the walls that no one sees once the project is complete.
